more reasons to drink water

i know i have not been very good about drinking water although my greatest vice is iced jasmine green tea, which isn’t the worst. but here are 5 more reasons why it is important to do so:

  1. It will help you de-stress
  2. You’ll lose weight
  3. You’ll be less apt to get sick
  4. You’ll be more comfortable
  5. It will help regulate your blood pressure
