seafood NOT to eat

while seafood may be better for you than red meat, not all seafood is good. here are some at the top of the don’t-eat list.

  1. Atlantic Bluefin Tuna
  2. Atlantic Salmon (both Wild=caught and Farmed)
  3. Atlantic Flatfish, including flounder, sole and halibut
  4. Imported King Crab
  5. Imported Shrimp
