m also made dinner with to go with the butterbeer. it included this amazing honey and mustard brussels sprouts. mustard and honey is perfect with the brussels sprouts. it was so good!
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 10 fluid ounces vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- pinch sea salt, pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Heat the oil in a large pan, add the Brussels sprouts and fry for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and carefully pour in the vegetable stock and stir in the mustard and seasoning.
Bring to the boil, simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
