it has been a while since i’ve been at sarabeth’s but with family in town with two kids and going to american museum of natural history, this was the perfect location. oh how i’ve missed it!
i had the light and fluffy garden omelette with perfect amount of vegetables (broccoli, corn, sun-dried tomatoes, carrots and vermont cheddar cheese) and a pumpkin muffin. family had the farmer’s omelette with banana muffin; lemon ricotta pancakes with fresh berries; buttermilk pancakes with fresh strawberries and bananas; the pumpkin waffle with sour cream, raisins, pumpkin seeds and honey; and cheese blintzes with sour cream and apple butter.
everything was so good and we all enjoyed our meals. service was pleasant, coffee refilled regularly and no one rushed us out or took our plates while we were still eating. so we took our time with our meal. we all left happily satiated, satisfied and relaxed. sarabeth’s was the perfect way to start a morning.
