olive-pesto tomatoes

a twist on tomatoes and mozzarella appetizer, here’s another tomato appetizer. i’m not big on olives but i had olive tapenade with bread a few weeks ago and i enjoyed it!

so, here’s a mixture of the tapenade with pesto with tomatoes and onions. enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup store-bought olive tapenade
  • 1/4 cup store-bought pesto
  • 6 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

Combine the tapenade and pesto and pour over arranged slices of tomatoes and red onions.
