m’s mom made an amazing salmon for a family celebration party today. it was so tender, juicy and flavorful. give this recipe a try – you’ll love it!
- 1/4 cup soy sauce paste
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Mix soy sauce paste, balsamic vinegar and chopped garlic. Soak salmon in the mixture for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put salmon on a baking pan. Spoon sauce on top of salmon. Bake salmon in oven for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven. Let salmon sit in the oven for 10 minutes.
Toast sesame seeds on a frying pan for 5 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally.
Take out salmon and put on a serving plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
